Shipping and delivery N.Z

Please ensure you choose the correct shipping option.

• “NZ standard shipping (NO RURAL & NO P.O. BOX)" - $6.50
  "NZ rural delivery" - $9.50
• We ship orders from Monday to Friday, we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
• All orders placed will be dispatched within 1-4 business days
• Postage generally takes 1-3 working days. (excluding rural and unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. BOX).

Australia Shipping.

"Australia standard shipping" - Price ranges from $18 to $25

Estimated time of arrival is 5-10 business days once order has been dispatched from us

All orders are subject to review and could require additional processing time. Weekends and holidays are NOT considered business days. Carrier delays are possible due to COVID 19 and high order volume periods and may affect shipping times.

RE-ROUTING SHIPPED PACKAGES TO ANOTHER ADDRESS

For security purposes, we're unable to redirect a package that has already been sent. If our delivery provider is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment centre and processed as a return.
